Ohio Law prescribes clear guidelines on marriage license handling and return. it is our legal responsibility of the marriage officiant to fill out the marriage license in the presence of the couple and any required witnesses. As a registered marriage officiant in the State of Ohio, we can conduct your wedding ceremony and complete the marriage license in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 3101.05.
